MSSC STRUGGLE REPORT (서울, 南朝鮮, 5.10/11/12)size>color>

First of all last Sunday at least 21 migrant workers got the possibility to escape from Hwaseong detention center. Congratulations! Unfortunately four were caught short while later by the cops (the S. Korean bourgeoisie media about the issue: Korea Timescolor>, JoongAng Ilbocolor>).
We, Myeong-dong Sit-in Struggle Collective (MSSC), are preparing for a massive propaganda campaign in the areas where migrant workers are living and working, like Uijeongbu, Maseok or Ilsan. We prepared a propaganda paper in Korean to explain the reason why we are struggling. You can read this color>. But we’ve a language problem. Actually we’d to translate the paper in several languages, but until now we got only English, Bangla, Nepalese, Indonesian and Vietnamese. But we need Russian, Chinese (simplified, P.R. of China)), Mongolian, Burmese (Myanmar), Urdu (Pakistan)… If someone can help us, please call ETU-MB’s office 2285-6068color> (mainly in the night, at least from 10 pm, someone is there).
What else we did in the last days? On Tuesday we were invited in Korea University for the annual spring festival – these year under the motto of Migrant Workers Struggle Solidarity (Thanx a lot!!!color>). We prepared and offered delicious food from Bangladesh, but if Koreans have the possibility to choose between uncounted booths with local food and foreign… But anyway, the program and atmosphere there was really great and all together we’d a lot of fun.
Perhaps you know “Every Monday’s Solidarity Concert” (see picture no 2) in Myeong-dong, only few meters away from our sit-in struggle place, initiated by Park Jooncolor> and supporting performed by many other comrades like Yeon Yeong-seokcolor>, Ji Min-joocolor>, Eom Gwang-hyeon (天/地/人color>) etc. On Wednesday they made the same in Inha University in Incheon. Of course one representative of MSSC joined. Just an ace event! If you see the pictures, you’ll know the reason why! Ha, if there would be a possibility to celebrate the capitalism to death, we already would be the winner.
And here one good news - in Ilsan/Pung-dong one first victory is made: because of the presence of media, especially TV, the city administration was forced to withdraw the gangsters, attacking the defenders of their homes (we already reported herecolor>).
But we also have one bad news: Someone has stolen 우리의 오리동지color>! Yo, ya Bastard!!
